1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Sylmoria, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Sylmoria is a personal diary and wellness tracking application that allows you to:
- Track your daily mood and emotions
- Log exercise and physical activities
- Record food and drink consumption
- Sync music listening history from Spotify
- Connect health apps (Apple Health, Google Fit)
- View weather data for your entries
3. User Accounts
To use Sylmoria, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in Sylmoria (diary entries, notes, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Contain malicious code or harmful content
5. Third-Party Services
Sylmoria integrates with third-party services including Spotify, Apple Health, and Google Fit. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms:

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Intellectual Property
Sylmoria, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our application without permission.
The Sylmoria name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Sylmoria is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Data will be preserved without loss
- The service will meet your specific requirements
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Sylmoria.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sylmoria and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the service.
11. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Sylmoria after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
